Relaxed, Personal Approach. Serious Representation.
I believe real estate should be professional without being stuffy or pretentious. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, but the process doesn’t need to be more complicated than it already is.
I’ve been in real estate for nine years and am licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, serving clients throughout Woodbury, Lake Elmo and Washington County in Minnesota, as well as Hudson, Somerset and St. Croix County in Wisconsin. I work with buyers, sellers and investors, with a particular focus on helping homeowners successfully position, market and sell their properties.
My experience goes well beyond real estate sales. I’ve worked as a construction contractor and estimator and have owned and managed rental and investment properties. That background gives me a practical perspective when evaluating a property—its condition, improvements, potential issues, costs and overall value. I know that what looks good on paper doesn’t always tell the whole story.
One of my strengths is quickly understanding what people are trying to accomplish. I’m comfortable negotiating, I know how to price property realistically, and I’m a problem solver when a transaction hits a snag. I don’t believe in wasting people’s time or pressuring someone into a decision. My job is to give you good information, straightforward advice and strong representation so you can make the right decision for yourself.
For Sellers – Smart Pricing. Strong Marketing. Skilled Negotiation.
Selling a home is more than putting it on the MLS and waiting. I take the time to understand the property, the neighborhood, the likely buyer and the competition. From there, I develop a pricing and marketing strategy designed to put the property in the strongest position possible—and negotiate hard when it’s time to put a deal together.
For Buyers – Less Pressure. Better Decisions.
When I’m representing a buyer, I’m not there to sell you a house. I’m there to help you determine whether it’s the right house. I’ll help you look at the positives, the negatives, the numbers and the things you may not have considered so you can make an informed decision.
I’m also a U.S. Navy veteran, and I bring the same values of preparation, accountability and follow-through to my real estate business. I’m a licensed pilot as well, and aviation has been a longtime interest of mine.
Outside of work, family comes first. I enjoy boating—especially on Lake Elmo—pickleball, biking, lifting and traveling. When I get the chance to escape Minnesota weather, you’ll frequently find me heading toward Florida and the Keys.
At the end of the day, my approach to real estate is pretty simple: be prepared, be straightforward, understand what the client needs, and get the job done.
